About this Project:
Omega provided services for a very high end renovation to an existing and operational senior living center. This project presented many challenges when it came to scheduling, logistics, and safety due to the facility being fully operational during construction. We renovated all of the common areas including dining, fitness, theatre, gaming and amenity spaces and moved their entire administration suite to a separate part of the facility. Additionally, we renovated their assisted living and memory care facilities including, 58 residential living units, dining areas, common hallways, nurse stations, and administrative areas.
