About this Project:
Omega provided construction management at risk services for addition and renovations to Sewickley Heights Golf Club. This project presented many challenges due to concealed existing conditions, delays due to Covid, and logistics of working around a functioning facility. The start of the project was delayed over 3 months due to unforeseen and concealed utility conditions where the new patio addition was to be constructed. Nonetheless, Omega delivered the project only 2 weeks later than the originally planned completion date.
